For months we have been wracking our brains out, on what to do, then after looking on the internet for some design, our eyes caught on one particular design, it is a wood pallet design, very warm in the eye, stylish (like the hobbit house) , and at the same time you can hide the cords.
Then right away we have contacted a contractor to quote our little project, and to dismay, it cost a lot than we expect, we are shocked to the bones.
But my wife was determined to do it, so she has an idea to lessen the cost, we will do it DIY. then we look on the internet for tutorials, and it looks very easy. Three days before Christmas, we decided to do it, we bought 60 pcs wood pallet, a 12 pcs 1x2x6 wood, 1 kilo of a 1.5-inch nail, and wood glue.
On the first day, it was very easy, cutting and installing the wood frame at the wall using a black screw to secure the position but when it comes on installing the wood pallets, it becomes difficult, piece by piece it must be cut into different size, to have an artistic look. Then after two days, our little project is finished. It feels great even though we have struggled on making it, and no more cords yay :D, and hope to start the year on a positive vibe and hope to have this little DIY projects more on this year. Thank you :D
